Our food not only has exceptional taste but also unbeatable value for money. Our generous portions ensure a satisfying feast, making every meal a hearty and filling experience.

Elevating affordability without compromising on quality, our daily deals are a testament to our commitment to providing delicious options that won’t break the bank. Our daily deals, which give the full portion of food plus a brew, make customers come back every week. We have the right food for kids, the young and the old, with a good range of beverages from coffee to beer, wine, spirits, etc.

Tell us how you showcase NZ produce / offerings? Does your menu change with the season and how is it locally influenced. How do you accommodate allergy and dietary requirements?

We have a lot of meals, which can be made G/F D/F or adjusted in case of an allergy. Our staff is very responsible while dealing with meals that demand extra attention or dietary requirements. Our menu changes seasonally. In summer, it has more options like mussel, fish and prawn salad, and avocado toast; in winter, we have items like lamb shank, for example.

 
 

What are your key points of difference and how have you managed to deliver them?

The key difference is the price range that we offer for the quality and quantity of food. We have daily deals like a $25 steak deal on a Thursday, which includes a steak, salad, 2 eggs, fries and a brew. Likewise, we have different affordable but tasty meals daily on deals with a house brew of the customer's choice. Our mindset as a business is to make our customers happy and leave them satisfied; hence, we give our best in service, food, and entertainment.

We always try our best to give our customers the best food and service. If sometimes anything goes wrong, we make sure that we sort it out for customers as soon as possible so they always have an unforgettable experience. Since we supply alcohol and have pokies we can make, we always have the right people to work who have been trained well in dealing with situations that demand them to be proactive and strong. Every week, we have managers’ meeting where they are informed about all the things to be taken off when they have a difficult customer or any other issues,

Please describe your commitment to sustainability

If we need our future generation to have the same or maybe better life, we need to ensure that we are sustainable in our means. This starts from doing small things. For example, instead of buying notepads, we make pads from waste paper, which the staff can use to take orders. We have 2-3 items in the kitchen that will use the same products to reduce wastage. We put all the sugar sachets given to customers with coffees but not used by them in a box where we can reuse them. These are just some examples, but there are many more like them.

Please describe how you create ambience.

There is great music playing all day, we have sports playing on all are TV and the big screen. There are two pool tables and a pokies room as well. we have an outside area for smokers where people like to sit and drink in fresh Air.
