Tell us how you showcase NZ produce / offerings? Does your menu change with the season and how is it locally influenced. How do you accommodate allergy and dietary requirements?
Food, wine, beer and cocktail menus all change with the seasons. Locally sourced wine and beers as well as fruits and vegetables at their peak for cocktails and food menus. Allergen training is given to all staff as well as clear marking on menus. All staff have easy access to our allergen matrix front and back of house with separate equipment when possible.
What are your key points of difference and how have you managed to deliver them?
In the spring and summer months we look towards casual dining in the sunshine with fresh seafood and local wines. In autumn and winter we move towards comforting food matched with the best drinks possible and cater our menus to suit these changes in weather.

All glass, cardboard and cans are recycled. Oil is filtered and re-used. We aim to waste as little as possible from both the food and beverage sides of the business.

In spring and summer we look towards outdoor dining right on the waterfront with live music and an upbeat atmosphere. During autumn and winter we make it a comfortable environment where we spend time with our patrons giving them the best seasonal produce and excellent service in a relaxed setting.
