The Good Home (New Plymouth)
The Good Home is located in the center of New Plymouth and is home to three distinct venues, all catering to a different clientele which changes throughout the day and week.
Established in 2000 as the first Good Home, The Good Home New Plymouth has become the blueprint for other Good Home pubs and is known for its warm, welcoming atmosphere; fun, engaged staff; and especially it’s high-quality food offering which includes brunch, burgers, and bar snacks through to premium cut-to-order steaks and main meals. It has a wide beverage offering with 20 taps showcasing a range of different beers, a full wine and cocktail list and an extensive range of non-alcoholic options.
Opened in 2020 and located above The Good Home, The Rooftop Bar is a premium dining and drinking establishment with amazing views of Puke Ariki Landing, the sea and the Wind Wand sculpture. Food wise, it has focus on stone-baked pizza and sharing plates as well as premium wines, craft beers and cocktails.
Located on Brougham St, Icons Sports Bar is a classic Sports Bar with a range of tap beer, pool tables, darts and multiple screens showing live sports from NZ and around the world.
